Marketplace Apartments have a great location, on the corner of Holly Street and Railroad Avenue! The location is close to Bellingham nightlife, WWU, dining, shopping and entertainment.

Marketplace Apartments were built in 2003 and include forty studio apartments and a few 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units. Many of the apartments include private balconies. All units include maple cabinetry, full kitchen appliances including a dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, plenty of closet space, and spacious bathrooms. The building features a secure entrance with FOB access to all floors, basement bike storage and storage cages, a lobby with mailboxes, and elevator.

There is a $30 per month fee per occupant for Water, Sewer, Garbage-Recycling. Tenants are responsible for Electric, Internet-Phone-WiFi. No Pets (service animals permitted upon verification). Parking is available on a limited basis in the neighboring parking lot for $62 per month.

Fees and Charges:

- $60 Screening Fee per person for applicants and co-signers

- $175 Administrative Fee due on Move In

- Renter’s Liability Insurance is required at $13 per month per unit; tenants can opt out with their own policy, verifying Liability coverage.

- First Month’s rent, security deposit, insurance and other fees, administrative fee due on Move-In
